Admission Process

Step 1: Learn More About MSLT!

Our license is for children ages 2 years 6 months (once FULLY potty trained) through 7 years of age.  Basic information about our school as well as Montessori education, in general, is available on our website.  Please fill out the Request More Information form to receive our introductory information.

Step 2: Tour our School

Tours are available by appointment at either 9:15 AM or 10:00 AM.  This is when we have the most going in our 4 classrooms with the children.  If those times are not convenient for you, we are happy to work around your schedule.  We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We encourage parents/guardians to bring their child with them on the tour.  We would like them to experience our school while we provide valuable information about our school and Montessori philosophy. Please click here to schedule an in person tour time. Children may start once they are 2 & 1/2 and FULLY potty trained.  If your child is not quite ready, you can reach out a couple of months before their potential start date to schedule a tour and obtain current tuition information.

Step 3: Submit an Application

At the end of your tour, if you would like to enroll your child, please provide us with your email address so that we may send you a secure online enrollment link. You may also request one by emailing [email protected]  There you may fill out all of your child’s information at your convenience.  Children are welcome to enroll year round since we are open year round.  Annual Dr. signed Health Appraisal & Immunization forms must be turned in when your child starts.

Step 4: School Visit

Shortly before your child’s start date, you will be contacted by his/her new teacher to schedule the School and Home Visits. The School Visit consists of a 15 minute introductory visit when you and your child can meet the new teachers and see the new classroom. The purpose is for your child to become familiar and look forward to returning to his/her new Montessori school.

Step 5: Home Visit

Following the School Visit, one of your child’s teachers will go to your home to spend about 15 minutes with your child. Our hope is that parents will refrain from questions and allow the teacher and child to become acquainted with each other in their home environment. We have found this enables children to make a much easier transition to their new environment.

Step 6: The First Day of School

Enjoy your day know that your child is in great hands, learning lots, and having fun!
